Software Support Engineer

Dappd is currently on the lookout for talented individuals to fill a Software Support Engineer positions.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
● Provide technical assistance to developers and clients
● Handle complex software issues
● Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
● Document and track customer issues and resolutions
● Troubleshoot and debug issues.
● Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and the web3 space.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
● Strong knowledge of Solidity.
● Experience with web3 development frameworks.
● Experience with React, nextjs, Node.js, javascript, typescript, tailwind.
● Strong understanding of blockchain technology and smart contracts.
● Excellent problem-solving, analytical and debugging skills.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Ability to quickly comprehend code and get up to speed without much guidance
● Customer-focused mindset

This is a Full-Time position, please apply with your preferred remuneration, final remuneration will be agreed based on negotiations.
