As a user of Everbuild, you agree not to engage in any illegal activities, spam other users, or violate our content and copyright policies. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
3. Limitation of Liability
Everbuild will not be liable for any damages or loss arising from your use of our platform.
4. Profile & Portfolio
Make sure your profile is complete and professional. Include a detailed description of your skills and experience. Showcase your best work in your portfolio.
5. Proposal
When applying for a job, tailor your proposal to the specific needs of the client. Explain how your skills and experience make you the best fit for the job.
6. Communication
Keep all communications with clients on the Everbuild platform. This ensures transparency and helps to resolve any disputes that may arise.
7. Prohibition of Under-the-Table Deals
At Everbuild, we prioritize the safety and security of our users. To ensure this, we have implemented an escrow system that protects both hiring parties and freelancers. This system ensures that payments are securely held until the completion of a job, providing assurance to both parties involved.
We strongly discourage any attempts to bypass this escrow system and conduct under-the-table deals. Such actions not only violate our Terms of Use but also put your security at risk. Under-the-table deals are not monitored or protected by Everbuild, and as such, we cannot assist in any disputes or issues that may arise from such transactions.
If we discover that a user is attempting to bypass our escrow system, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or banning users from our platform.
By using Everbuild, you agree to conduct all transactions through our escrow system. This is for your protection and to maintain the integrity of our platform. Any losses, damages, or other consequences resulting from attempts to bypass this system are solely the responsibility of the involved parties.
We encourage all users to report any attempts or suggestions to bypass our escrow system. This helps us maintain a safe and secure platform for everyone. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated and contributes to a trustworthy and efficient marketplace for all.
8. Confidentiality
If a job involves sensitive information, be prepared to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Respect the confidentiality of all information shared with you.

If a dispute arises, try to resolve it directly with the client. If you can’t reach an agreement, you can contact Everbuild’s dispute resolution team for assistance.
10. Feedback
After the job is completed, ask the client for feedback. Constructive feedback can help you improve your services and increase your chances of getting hired in the future.
10. Changes to the Terms
Everbuild reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any changes and your continued use of Everbuild after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

As a hiring party on Everbuild, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your company and job postings.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with freelancers.
- Pay freelancers promptly and fairly for their work.
- Respect the confidentiality and privacy of freelancers.
- Not engage in any form of misconduct, including but not limited to, spamming, harassment, or fraud.
- Not apply for jobs unless you have been vetted and approved by Everbuild as a dual party.
